Wellness Warrior Dean Hypes Honey

Honey – God’s gift to those of us with a sweet tooth.

Honey is the BEST possible sweetener. All natural. It even has health benefits. Honey has an unlimited shelf life. Isn’t that amazing. Wellness habit number 4 – Replace all your sweeteners with honey. It may seem a little strange at first, but you could get used to it.

Allen Estrin is the producer for a talk radio show, Dennis Prager. He is a honey guru. He samples honey from around the world and has written a blog. Attached is issue 25 with links to all of his blogs on honey. I strongly reccoment that you check out his page.

  1. Once you have kicked your sugar addiction, you will notice that you wont seek out honey to replace your sweet tooth. Mostly because, you no longer have a sweet tooth.

  2. For meals that you may have served with syrup, honey can be a great substitute.

One part buttermilk ( or butter mixed with milk) and two parts honey will get your mouth wondering what you ever saw in that nasty syrup anyway.

  3. Raw is better. Although there are no reported cases of people being addicted to honey, the best way to make sure it doesn’t happen is to get your honey RAW.( has never turned into a syrup)
    Filtered is ok.
